It is not unusual to come across beautiful gardens, elegant homes and stunning vistas anywhere in Greater Victoria but especially in Oak Bay these attractions abound. I live a crumpet’s throw away in Victoria but many of the services I use (bank, groceries, butcher, bakery, library) are in ‘the Village’ well behind the so-called tweed curtain.
So I often get to see not only those classic sights but also occasionally encounter the whimsical and magical. Here are a couple of examples.
